Instructions:

For Cold Therapy:

• Unbox the cold pack
• Lay the cold pack flat in a freezer
• Freeze the cold pack for at least two hours
• When completely frozen, remove the cold pack from the freezer
• Place a towel between your skin and the cold pack
• Apply the cold pack to your injured area

For Heat Therapy:

• Heat pack in microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time until warm. Do not exceed 150 degrees. 

Maintenance:

• Use a clean soft cloth to wipe clean
• DO NOT submerge in water
